Personal responsibilities
 Free trade
Government controls on harmful substances  (but not aid)International aid, but not intervention.
 Extremes:Fascisms Extremes
 International intervention
 'Small government'

Right: High Taxes (Spent on public service and welfare
 Free trade
Equal rights for gender, race, sexualiy
''Big Government'
 Communism
against multi-culturalism
NHS doctors strike over pay. This shows that the NHS is a left as they have high taxes so they don't want to run low on money, that is why they need people to pay so they can make more money to help the treatments that are being made. It is also a left wing as there are equal rights for all gender, age , race and sexuality. The NHS is part of a big government.

How and why you consume the news.

There are many ways in how we consume the news. This can be from the internet and from social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. Other ways people consume the news is from the TV, papers or right in front of us in everyday lives. We consume news because it is important as it can be an impact to us or affect us due to the proximity.
I believe that technology has improved because in the 1930's 70% of people regularly read a newspaper. That figure is about 40%. The reason as to why is because of internet. I do not know anyone who reads newspapers as most people I hang around with are young and use technology all the time. The website I use most of the time to find news is on twitter as there are things that trend around the world and many people to tweet about what's happening around the world whether it being local or far away. I also get news from Facebook too as the same reason applies.  The actual news websites I go on is BBC news because it gives stories all around the world.
